Cancellation. Policy

At Wandle Dog Walks, I understand that plans can change. However, when time is reserved for your pet, especially for longer stays, I often turn away other clients and make personal arrangements. This policy ensures fairness and helps protect my business.

Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are only confirmed once agreed.
For extended stays of 7 days or more, a non refundable deposit of 30 to 50 percent is required to secure your dates.
Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Notice Periods

14 days or more before the booking start date
Your deposit is non refundable but may be transferred to a future booking at my discretion.

7 to 13 days before the booking start date
50 percent of the total booking fee will be payable.

Less than 7 days before the booking start date
100 percent of the total booking fee will be payable.

Early Returns and Changes to Bookings

If a booking is shortened after it has begun, the full original booking amount remains payable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for your pet.
